Individual Psychotherapy: $200 per 50-minute session

(In office and/or telehealth) 

Payment is required at the time services are provided.

Payment may be made via cash, check, or credit card. 

If extended session time is recommended or requested, rates will be discussed prior to scheduling.


Insurance is not accepted as a form of payment. However, the therapist may provide monthly invoices upon request for the client to pursue reimbursement through their health insurance provider for psychotherapy services provided. The therapist does not dictate or hold responsibility for reimbursement of any provided psychotherapy services.

Reasons why I do not accept insurance:

Protecting Client Confidentiality

Upon provision of invoices to insurance companies, personal information including diagnosis, type of treatment, and frequency of treatment are required.

Expediting Treatment

By opting for self-pay, the therapist and the client work directly with one another to schedule sessions without the requirement of pre-authorization. Furthermore, the course and duration of the treatment plan is a collaborative effort between the therapist and the client without any external limitations.

Cancellation Policy


Notification at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session for cancellation or rescheduling is expected. Failure to comply with the notification policy will result in the requirement of full payment for the session.
